Set Up Naver Login
Overview
How to use Naver Login
1. Apply for API
Go to NAVER Developers, click Login to sign in to NAVER account.
Go to Products > Naver ID Login API menu, then click the Apply for Open API button at the bottom of the page.
Agree to the Terms of Service and click Confirm.
Verify your phone number and click Confirm.
① Enter a name for the application.
② Select boxes that apply to your site such as Client’s Name, Email, Nickname, Profile Image, Gender, etc. (We do not support Age and Birthday options)
NOTICE
Select only required information. We need to capture this information for a review, any unnecessary collection of data can reject your application.
① Enter your main site’s domain. (i.e. https://example.creatorlink.net, https://example.com)
② Add /oauth after your main site’s domain. (i.e. https://example.creatorlink.net/oauth, https://example.com/oauth, https://www.example.com/oauth)
③Select checkboxes for Agreement on Terms of Service.
④If all of the above have been filled, click for REGISTER
2. NAVER Login Activation
Copy Client ID and Client Secret from the application information. Click 'Show' then copy the Client Secret.
① Go to Creatorlink’s admin page > Manage Members
② Select Social login.
③ Under the Naver Login tab, select Enable.
④ Paste the Client ID and Client Secret that you have copied.
⑤ Click SAVE to complete.
3. Request a Review
(Name of the application you registered) > Go to API Settings.
Upload an application logo image and click Upload.
Click Request a Review
① Read Guide for Requesting a Review and check off the check box.
② Capture the page used for Naver ID Login and upload. (refer to the sample image below.)
③ Select 'Apply to making a new account via Naver ID Login'
④ Capture the process of creating an account via Naver ID Login and upload. (refer to the sample image below.)
⑤ Select items that apply to you. (May require additional documents depending on the type of business.)
⑥ After filling out all of the above, click Request a Review. A review takes few days, and the result will be sent to the registered email address.
