# Member level

Administrators can set **levels 1-10** for members. 

The **new member** will start with **level 1**.

Member level can be used when using the **Site Members Only** option, which allows access only to **members of a certain level** **or higher** in the **Page Permission Settings** of the menu.

1\. Click the **Manage Members > Member List** on the **Admin page.**

2\. Change the **Level** of the member.
