# Searching ID with verification service

1\. When users click the **Forgot ID?** button, the website goes to the find account page.

When you enable the option members can find their ID with their email address or mobile phone number.

2\. When users click the **Mobile number** button, the KCP verification pop-up is activated.

Users can find their account after verifying their identity.
