# Refund policies

If you want to cancel your premium plan, you should **request to cancel it through a 1:1 Q\&A**.

You can get a **full refund within 7 days** from the day you subscribe to the plan.&#x20;

**But if you have over the 7 days** from the day you subscribe to the plan, the refund amount will be calculated in accordance with **Article 19 of the Terms of Service.** \
\
You can get a refund by the following the calculation.

<mark style="background-color:red;">**Total refund = Total payment –Cancellation fee – Service usage amount (used months price)**</mark>

1. **Cancellation Fee**: The cancellation fee is a **10% price of the total payment** (Costs arising from the early termination of the Service Agreement)

**NOTICE**&#x20;

Once you cancel your premium plan, <mark style="background-color:blue;">**all premium features will be removed**</mark> from your site, and **space storage** and **bandwidth** will be **downgrade to basic capacity**.

<mark style="background-color:blue;">**If you have connected an external domain, then it will be disconnected.**</mark>

The images you used in previous work will be preserved, yet **there may be some restriction on the data** **and others if you exceed the usage of basic capacity.**
