# Pasting text to a website from external programs

The copied text might be pasted outside of the text box area when you copy the text from **external programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel or others** and then paste it on the text box in the Creatorlink.

If the text is out of the text box, please leave the problem at **1:1 Q\&A.** 

It may take a long time to resolve the issue. Be sure you have to **paste the copied text on the Notepad first and then copy the text from the Notepad** and paste it on the text box in the Creatorlink.
