# Form Block

You can **insert a form** into your website by using forum blocks.

**\[Form Block Settings Interface]**&#x20;

1\. **Form Config** : You can edit the items of block by clicking **setting** icon.

When you click the **View Response** button, you can check the responses of the block.&#x20;

And you can also check the response at the **Dashboard.**

2\. **Padding** : You can change the paddings of this block.

3\. **Background** : You can set/change the background of this block.

4\. **Block Name/Link(Anchor)** : You can set the name for the block and you can set the blocks as the block link target location.
